– Over 20 years of consulting experience;
– Has competency in the areas of initiating business setup, performance improvement projects and taxation;
– Possesses wide knowledge of direct taxation and is providing various consultancy services in the fields of accounting registration of partnership and trust, project and finance and other related ones;
– Has handled a large range of clients including firms, privet and public limited companies along with corporate and incorporate income tax matter.
– Has also pursued LLB and possesses knowledge in the same matter;
– Good knowledge of information technology.
Mr. Shivkant Patidar
B.com
– Rendered his services since 1994 in the fields of indirect taxes, direct taxes, auditing and corporate law matters etc
– Headed in our taxation department since 18 years and his exprience is spread across various direct and indirect tax matters statutory and tax audit etc
– Core competencies have been in the areas of indirect taxation including central excise, customs,service tax and VAT/sales tax laws and has obtained good expertise in the new act -GST
– Involved in offering advisory services on company law matters and management consultancy.
